Nowadays our life is becoming better and better. Our living conditions have progressed on a large scale. Thanks to the rapid evolution of science and technology, we can get to anywhere we intend in a short time. We can keep healthy much more easily. We can connect to anyone we want at any time. It seems that in such a society we should be happy. However without any doubt, there are still a lot of people who aren't happy.
现在我们的生活越来越好。我们的生活条件也大幅度的提升。多亏了科技的快速发展，我们可以在短时间内去任何我们想去的地方。我们可以更容易地保持健康。我们可以随时与任何人联系。似乎在这样的一个社会，我们应该很开心才对。但是毫无疑问，仍然还有很多人不快乐。
Some days ago, the journalists of CCTV asked some citizens the question: are you happy? Someone said no! However they are not the poorest in the society, they are not the very people who have the most serious illness, and they are not burdened with the heaviest responsibility actually. Maybe they are just not satisfied with the happiness that they have already got. Perhaps it is because that they usually make very high goals for themselves or they are not struggling enough.
前几天，中央电视台的记者问了一些公民一个问题：你开心吗？有人说不开心！然而，实际上他们并不是生活在社会的最底层，也不是那些身患重疾的人，他们也没有背负很沉重的责任。也许他们只是不满意所拥有的幸福。也许是因为他们通常把目标设得很高，或者他们没有足够的努力。
In my opinion, happiness is very important for us. We need it to keep our good mood and positive attitude. To keep happy, we had better make a goal that is appropriate for ourselves, and of course we should work hard to achieve it.
