面试公司：ZNA/泽碧克格鲁建筑设计事务所 职位：室内设计师
I: Now your resume says you got a bachelor of architecture from Tongji University. Please name some courses you took there.
L: The courses I took are as follows: The History of the Chinese Architecture, an introduction to constructional engineering, building structure, architectural mechanics, architectural working drawing, constructional survey, architectural working, architectural physics, ground foundation, fire-proff engineering, quake-proof engineering and so on.
I: You were employed by Pudong Building Engineering Company after your graduation from Tongji University. Am I right?
L: You are right. At that time Pudong was at the stage of comprehensive development. I wanted to do my bit for the construction of Pudong.
I: What kind of work were you engaged in at that company?
L: I was mainly engaged in designing civil buildings. After I became a second-grade certified architect, I undertook some industrial constructoin projects. For example, I participated in the design of the main building of Pudong International Airport.
I: When did you become a second-grade certified architect?
L: Three years after I received my bachelor of architecture, I entered for the Qualification Examination for Certified Architects and then received a qualificaiton certificate.
I: Why did you pursue your graduate studies after you got a certified architect’s qualification?
L: There are three reasons. First, architecture is a particularly complicated mission. It requires a wide and deep realm of knowledge. I often felt insufficient in my knowledge during many years of architectural work. Second, only a first-grade certified architect can enter the international market to take on designing business. I wanted to become a first-grade certified architect, of course. Third, It is wrong to think a certified architect is carefree. A certified architect’s qualification is not lifelong. You need to renew your qualification every other year. If you do not take in new knowledge promptly and do not raise your professional level, you’ll lose your qualification at the time of renewal.
I: When did you receive your qualification of a first-grade certified architect?
L: In 2001.

当时接到宜家的面试电话，心里特高兴。好不容易等到面试当天，一帮人一起进宜家，办公环境真的一流，在去面试室的路上，我就想着，要能留下来该很好。最开始是群面，大家应聘的职位各不相同，有销售，仓库管理，卡车司机等等，就我一个面试设计的，群面的题首先是笔试，考大家对宜家的了解，还有选择宜家的原因，之后是一个团队工作流程的群体议论题，考的是大家的团队合作能力和应变能力。以及服务意识。笔试和合作检验结束后，其他人都走了，就留我一人在面试室里，面试官拿给我一道全英文的考题，考题要求布置一个客厅，要求手绘表现，我手绘太弱，结果大家可想而知了。
面试官的提问：喜欢宜家的哪样产品，为什么？
